  We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Shane Co. and specifically about Mia, who made the whole process of finding our wedding bands feel special and completely stress-free. We came in looking for my fiancé's band, and Mia was thoughtful and patient from the very first visit. Sizing decisions took us a few trips, and she never once made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. She curated options with real care and made what could have been an overwhelming process genuinely enjoyable. We were so impressed that when it was time to find my band, we came straight back - and Mia greeted us like old friends. She went above and beyond, pulling out pieces that weren't even on the floor until we landed on something I absolutely loved. After striking out searching online, I honestly didn't expect to find exactly what I wanted, but she made it happen. Shane Co. has an incredible selection (the best we found in the Seattle area) but what really sets this location apart is the people. If Mia is in when you visit, you're in great hands. We'd recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for jewelry, especially for something as meaningful as a wedding band.

  I had a great experience at The Shane Company thanks to Envy. She was attentive, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and was extremely helpful without being pushy. It made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated her guidance and would definitely recommend working with her.

  Always a great experience from the minute we step foot in the door. Mackenzie was so informative, helpful, and kind while she worked with us on ring sizing, cleaning, and everything in between. Highly recommended!

  Huge shout out to Serina, Lynn, Danielle and Honestly the whole rest of the staff. I came in do up grade my wedding set. I saw blue Dimond’s are now an option they were not when I originally got my ring. I have always wanted a blue Dimond and with Shane Co. Easy up grade options ( little to easy wink wink) I was able to up grade to a beautiful cherry blossom ring. After about two weeks I was having a little sentimental regret when it came to turning in my original engagement ring. I called the store Serina answered I explained my situation of wanting to get my engagement ring back. She could have easily said sorry it’s gone we shipped it out to home office. Well she didn’t she said challenge excepted. Not only did she get the ring back the jeweler (thank you to that person) was able to restore it back to its custom Halo. While we waited for the logistics to get figured out. Lynn and Danielle helped me figure out a band to go with my new ring. They took their time really listened to what I like we had a great time chatting and found the perfect band to complement my ring. I can’t thank the whole team that worked today 3/18 for making the space welcoming inviting and very engaging while everything got worked out. 13 years of being a shance co customer and i recommend anyone looking for jewelry or engagement and wedding rings to come here. The lifetime warranty is amazing love it’s not an additional charge. The customer service is always impeccable. Thank you so so much Tukwila Team I appreciate you all. First picture is my original engagement ring now sized to wear on my right hand.

  I message to my friend about my visit: "When you get yours one day pleaaaase go to Shane Co! They are a local to Washington jewelry store and have options for cruelty free lab grown diamonds 😍😝🤞🏾 Super affordable and don't work commission based so they are truly guided advisors who will fulfill your every need! I worked with Mackenzie in Tukwila and she didn't make me feel like any of my ring preferences were a burden to her work and time. She was so patient and helped me pick out the perfect diamond size/shape. I also felt so respected bc she didn't do any of that weird thing where people act suspicious of me and treat me like I'm not trustworthy bc I'm black queen. I HAD A TERRIBLE time at the store I was at previously with the women treating me like they were trying to sell me a car I didn't even bat an eye at. I couldn't start to believe the ring of my dreams was only two miles away, but Shane Co saved the day😫🥰 I'm 100% going back for my wedding bands, hopefully my earring/necklace set, and any other jewelry I'll want in my lifetime🥹🫶🏿 THANK YOU MACKENZIEEEE!"
