  A very close friend of mine had an absolutely awful experience here. The store associates deliberately brought her items they knew would not fit her, teased her about an item of clothing being “overdue for retirement” and generally made the entire experience unpleasant. If you’re en employee that participated in this, be ashamed of yourself.

  Erica on the second floor was so helpful and so nice. She helped my girlfriend and I find a nice dress for a date and went above beyond. She made our day!!

The Sales Associates—predators with noses for commission—hunt you through a suffocating soup of competing top notes. ​The Hunt ​Scent of Stalking: "Perfume snipers" descend the moment you touch a bottle. They do not seek to inspire; they seek to meet quotas that reek of anxiety. ​The Empty Promise: Many testers are hollow ghosts. To experience the liquid gold, you must perform a weary dance of "serious shopper" or face flaring nostrils and sour disdain. ​The Treachery ​Theft of Breath: Behind marble counters, associates snatch clients like thieves. Teamwork is a myth as thin as watered-down eau de toilette. ​The Mask of Knowledge: They bruise your senses with endless strips, treating you as a walking purse rather than a human soul. ​One star. The scents are divine, but the experience has the longevity of cheap cologne and the bitterness of a failed distillation. A plague upon their commission! 🧴🥀🚫

  Maythet Hnin at the Chanel beauty counter at Nordstrom Southcenter provided truly outstanding customer service. She was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me find the right product and made my shopping experience wonderful. I especially appreciate how carefully and patiently she wrapped the merchandises for me. Her professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out. Thank you so much Maythet for your excellent service. Nordstrom is very lucky to have such a dedicated and wonderful employee.
