Great service on a repair, when I had no time to spare!
UAL broke telescoping handle in 2 places. They directed me to work with their Texas-based settlement preventer to get bag repaired. No chance that gets back to me before next trip.
TW Carrol team simply asked to “get it to shop ASAP.
They replaced the handle the same day and I’m on my way!

I had a great experience with my luggage here recently. After an error on my end in shipping two items of my Briggs and Riley luggage in to be repaired, they were able to assist me in ensuring the items were fixed and sent back to me. The items look great, and I really appreciate their customer service in correcting my error.

I am so pleased with the service I received for my recent Briggs & Riley bag repair. While the location is not convenient for me,I made an adventure of it. Dropped the bag Saturday for repair and got a text Wed pm that it was done.
I was picking up today on way to the airport for another flight (kismet timing!) but traffic was a nightmare due to an accident, said I would arrive 15min after 4pm, their typical closing time. The team said, "no problem, we will be here!"
Picked up and yay, happy to be reunited with my bag. Great service and business!!

Friendly, helpful and efficient! I brought in my Travelpro suitcase for a repair and the staff quickly identified the problem, fixed it faster than promised and is even shipping it back to me so I don’t have to drive across town to get it! Five star service for sure. Highly recommended.
