  Customer service is absolutely terrible here. Both the lady in the front and repair "expert" have bad attitudes. I initially just wanted a quote, which they refused to provide on the phone. Okay fine, I came in person and the guy acted completely annoyed he had to create a quote. Isn't that part of the job? They both acted like it was a complete nuisance to ask any type of question. You're expected to drop off luggage and do whatever repair they deemed necessary and you to just pay and leave. I ended up dropping off my luggage, paid their deposit and clarified I pay the difference when the repair was complete. When the repair was finished, the guy tried to overcharge me. Why am I paying full price when I gave you a deposit already? Subtract it from the repair and I'll pay the difference. I tried to explain this to him and dude lost his temper in less than 5 seconds. He said I was annoying him and to leave. Are you serious? Completely childish behavior. The way this place operates is extremely old school and should be out of business the way they treat customers. It’s insane how this is the only authorized repair shop for Victorinox in all of Western WA. You’re better off doing the repair yourself or finding another place. Zero stars.
