    Angelica was so helpful with getting the right style at the right price to our doorstep! Highly recommend asking for Angelica next time you’re at Sunglass Hut in Macy’s!

    I had such a terrible experience with the customer service here (either Carol or Carolyn or however it’s spelled) that I am never shopping at Sunglass Hut again and probably won’t shop at Macy’s again either- it left that bad of a taste in my mouth. First I said I was looking for pink shades. There were pink shades on clearance and the lady didn’t show them to me and had no idea what frames would be large enough for my large head. Whatever, not that big of a deal. Then the nightmare began when we got home and realized Carolyn somehow left out a pair from our order. It was buy one get one fifty percent off and I really was keen on the pair that was left off and wanted to get it during the sale. So I returned to redo the purchase- return the sunglasses we bought and rebuy them including the ones that were left off in order to get them on sale. Carolyn/Carol (again🤦‍♀️) asked to see my drivers license and then informed me that the refund would be mailed to me. I was shocked that she didn’t ask if that was my mailing address and that the return wasn’t going back on my partners card. Then she charged me again for the three pairs. So i paid twice for the three pairs (301.95 the first time and 439.45 the second time) to get them on “sale” 🤦‍♀️. Then, i had to pay back my partner for the pair that was put on his card since the refund didnt automatically go back on his card so $160 totalling $901.4 all because of Carolyn’s incompetence. Then, you guessed it, i never received the refund for 301.95!!! I received macy’s store credit 🤦‍♀️. I have been on the phone with sunglass hut all summer and they have not been able to fix this. This happened 6/7/21 and it’s now 9/7/21. I just called my bank, Wells Fargo, to have them dispute the transaction. I almost wish I had never bought these sunglasses. How ironic that my last name is ziff and i will never be shopping at a sunglass hut again. Worst retail customer service of my life.
