He rudely replied, “Don’t worry — if we have to, we will, but no, we didn’t.” I felt that if they were going to damage my car without asking or explaining first, I would rather take it somewhere else. I also arrived early so I could finish my breakfast in the car, but one of the staff members saw me outside and told me to park inside immediately, saying I could finish my breakfast in the room. The staff just need to be a bit more patient and maybe get some customer service training. I was not drinking and driving — I got this interlock because I was cut moving my car from a parking lot. I really appreciate the company’s effort to keep the community safe, but not everyone should be treated the same. I say this because I truly dislike drunk drivers.
