    My ring is stunning, and the stone selection process was great - so informative without sales pressure! But I also had a couple of issues with the setting that needed to be addressed. Each time their Customer Service was impeccable - they were quick to make things right and to ensure we were fully satisfied. Would happily bring all my jewelry business here! Also - Da’Vaughn is wonderful to work with!

    Mackenzie was so lovely, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful with every thing. This truly made my first fine jewelry buying experience amazing, and has made me committed to purchasing from Shane Co in the future. She was so quick and kind with showing me a variety of options I was interested in, as well as even pulling items from the back she thought I would be interested in based on our conversation and items I was viewing. She thoroughly explained all of the perks associated with my purchase / Shane Co. in general, and very quickly set up my account making it feel like no time was wasted at all. Finally, all of this happened when I walked in 20 minutes to close, showing just how great her customer service and efficiency is as I walked out at 5:01, enrolled in text messages and ready to come back for maintenance and more item browsing. Mackenzie was a fantastic team member that Shane Co. should be proud to have representing them!

    Mackenzie was wonderful. She helped us for 90 mins while we figured out our wedding bands and also took the time and care to clean and straighten my fiance's necklace which she plans on wearing for the wedding.

    I have purchased some beautiful jewelry at Tukwila Shane Co but I have to express my dissapointment with recent service. I dropped off my wedding set on a Friday morning just before 11 AM to be re-sized and joined; I was told I could pick it up the following Tuesday after 11 AM. The drive for us takes 2+ hours with I5 traffic so this is a trip we make only for this purpose. I didn't get a text that it was being worked on until I called Tuesday just before 1 PM to see if it was ready, I was told 3 PM so we walked around the busy mall waisting time. At 1:30 PM I received a text that the jeweler was working on my order. At 3:30 I had not received a text that it was ready yet, I called and was told the jeweler was finishing up. I was SO disappointed when they handed me two separate rings resized but not joined. While they offered to ship it to me, I now have to wait two additional weeks and I'm honestly uncomfortable with delivery that isn't overnight. Nothing I can do but be dissatisfied and disappointed to not have my wedding set after making the long trip (total 4 hours) for absolutely no reason. Not happy at all.

    I had an exceptional experience working with Lesley Santos when buying an engagement ring and wedding band during the busy holiday season. She was very patient with my lack of knowledge and helped me work within my budget as we walked around the entire store multiple times. She taught me how to inspect the diamond's clarity and we staged many options and styles before I finally made my choice. I never felt pressured during the process, but felt very confident when I left that I had something unique my wife would love.
