On my first visit (a little recon) she made note of what I looked at. That made it so easy when I came some days later to make the purchase. My preferences were easily recalled and found. She was there that 2nd visit and was so patient as I pondered over what to get for whom and had a couple of great suggestions she gathered from really listening to what I was trying to convey that I wanted. Anyway - success! I'm pleased with what I purchased and I really appreciate Makenzie's professional no pressure, friendly help.

When a smaller accent sapphire went missing they took the time to perfectly match the color of the others and replaced the stone for free. The last time we were there for cleaning my wife spotted a sapphire and diamond ring that she absolutely loved and when I asked about it it was more that I wanted to spend so they put the ring on layaway and I paid it off over time, this was also free. Wen the ring was paid off the emmediatly sized it and gift wrapped it for me, it also has a lifetime garrantee. They are always very courteous and friendly and never try to pressure you into buying something. The are a very professional and a reputable business.
