It happens to every order that OnTrac marked us as "closed" when they NEVER even came! Horrible delivery experience every time! Nordstrom needs to consider working with another delivery service, or your business will be impacted for a long term.

It was like a ghost town and finding someone to help you is an issue. We had to wander through 4 depts. to find an employee. The makeup dept no longer has anyone to help and just a few people work all the brands so no one has brand specific knowledge about anything. Bad experience. The few people we did find were very nice. I can at least say that
