She helped me find a beautiful dress that envisioned exactly what I wanted and often checked up on me. I was able to walk out satisfied which is uncommon experience shopping these days.

The sales associates are unfriendly and unmotivated. Gift wrapping is consistently done carelessly — the last time, despite purchasing expensive cosmetics, I was given a standard gray box and told I could wrap it myself. I asked for a perfume sample so I could wear the fragrance and decide if it suited me, but I was given a vial with literally about five sprays — almost empty. When I asked for a sample of another fragrance, I was simply told they don’t provide samples for it. There is also a noticeable judgmental attitude — if you don’t look “expensive enough,” you’re treated differently. This location does not meet the Nordstrom standard.
