  Maythet Hnin at the Chanel beauty counter at Nordstrom Southcenter provided truly outstanding customer service. She was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me find the right product and made my shopping experience wonderful. I especially appreciate how carefully and patiently she wrapped the merchandises for me. Her professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out. Thank you so much Maythet for your excellent service. Nordstrom is very lucky to have such a dedicated and wonderful employee.

  Irene in the mens department has helped me several times now. Her customer service skills and menswear knowledge are impeccable. I come here specifically for her help and I couldn’t be happier.

  I get a lot of alterations done here , and they are always done perfectly. I will say they are probably the most expensive place.But when you are having a very expensive suit altered , you don't want to risk it being done incorrectly.
