  Clothes just got crumpled and packed into the bag at checkout and I had to take them back out to fold them.

  Went in to do our Christmas shopping. Planned days in advance to get most of our shopping done in this store and was excited to shop. We greeted an employee and asked for a size look up on a Ralph Lauren sweater, she was very angry that we had interrupted her while she was labeling shirts. She never said a word to us, we thought she was walking away to check on a size for us but no, she just walked away. The second person we asked for help told us the sweater is a “one size” and if we don’t believe her we can look for ourselves. We bought that sweater in that store the day before in two different sizes for our family Christmas photo so we knew it came in more than “one size.” But at this point our excitement was depleted by the lack of friendliness or care in this store. A friend of mine worked in this store when a similar incident occurred with an employee yelling at me to “wait until she wasn’t busy” when I asked to purchase a pair of Gucci sunglasses that were locked in a display case. I hate to say it but this store has been going down hill for a while now with terrible customer service, ridiculously long lines and very unhappy, unfriendly employees. Definitely not the Nordstrom experience I expected. With so many other options, I will sit this location out. I prefer to support businesses that creates a pleasant shopping experience for everyone to enjoy.
