- DLDaniel Lenz1 day ago1.0I had a scheduled appointment for noon tomorrow (3/13/26). I was texting with the store asking questions. I mentioned that I found a place that gives discounts if u have an sr-22 and that another company was $175.⁰⁰ cheaper for the installation. I asked them if they do any kind of discounts, and the guy text me back, "No sorry, we will go ahead and cancel your appointment for tomorrow." I told him before he mentioned that, that I was going to get back to him asap. He canceled my appointment 16 minutes after I said that. This is my first time having to have a ignition interlock device. Pretty sad to be treated like this when all I was doing was asking questions. I had just given the original guy i spoke with (Ronald Keene) a great review and 5 starts because he took his time to walk me through everything and had patience with me while I tried to understand everything. Going from someone like Ronald, with all of that companion, to someone like the other guy at the Tukwilla location, was pretty sad. Sorry for trying to shop around as money is tight. I definitely did not deserve to be treated like that. Especially since I said I would get back to him. Pretty pathetic in my opinion.
