- MGm. G,sr5 days ago1.0I went to JCPenney to buy a ring for my wife and had a very unpleasant experience. The older man working in the jewelry section was rude from the start. His back was turned to me, and I said “excuse me” twice before he responded. When he finally did, he said “how can I help you sir” in a rude tone without even turning around or acknowledging me properly, like I was bothering him. I immediately asked someone else to help me because I’m not going to spend my money with someone who treats customers that way. I then tried to explain the situation to who I believed was a manager, but she kept talking over me and didn’t really address my concern at all. Overall, very disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning.

Odd behavior. Thr cherry on top is all the cashiers had signs of closed. So they wont take your money. I just left all my stuff at the counter.
