At the door, the employee told us that online purchases could be returned in store as long as we had the receipt. Based on that information, we waited another 30 minutes in the returns line. Once we reached the counter, we were then told that we could not return our items because the total was over $200. This limitation was never mentioned at the door. When we explained that we had been explicitly told returns were allowed, a manager was called over. The manager repeatedly stated that it was “company policy” and was completely unwilling to acknowledge the misinformation or make any effort to resolve the situation. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, especially after nearly an hour of waiting. As a result of this experience, they have lost our business. We will not be shopping at this location again and would not recommend it to others.

The customer service was excellent — our cashier Iris was cheerful, kind, and even gave us some extra LEGO parts. The lines were a bit long at the start, and we waited about five minutes, but it was worth it. We would definitely visit again.

They also have a “build your own” set in the back that you can use custom legos with. Probably the better store around when it comes to bricks like this.

Unfortunately those sets also cost a total of over $400. Which we were prepared for. BUT still don't make it any easier to spend that kind of $ on PLASTIC. THE store itself ( in the south center mall) is sorta small for its size to display ALL the sets of LEGOS they have, and having lots of people at once in there browsing the chances are pretty great tou will bump shoulders with more then a few if the other as you are gawking at all the different LEGOS.but besides THAT and the prices, its a great store to go visit if your a LEGO lover.

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your VIP account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?
We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing in our stores and online. We can’t price match, however, as Stores and the LEGO® Shop sometimes run different promotions and discounts. Happy shopping!
What do I do if my set is missing a piece or if I lost a piece?
You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.
How much does it cost to visit at LEGO store?
All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!

While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Yes, we sell LEGO® Gift Cards! Just stop by and we'd be happy to help, or visit LEGO.com to buy an e-gift card! LEGO® Gift Cards can be given in any amount up to $500.

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
