- BNBrandi NixApr 11, 20265.0I had the BEST experience with a lady named Melissa. I had a pile of cloths and a stack of gift cards at checkout. She was kind patient, and cheerful. She did not make me feel like a burden when she had to look up gift card balances. She found my nordstrom notes and sizes I needed online. Good customer service is hard to find, she definitely has it! Fantastic selection and experience because of Melissa. I will be back for sure, she had old school nordstrom service, something that is truly hard to find.
- EBElen BronitskiyApr 3, 20261.0The worst shopping experience. The store manager, Finn, was rude, and the customer service was unacceptable. I attempted to return an unworn item with a receipt, but they refused to accept it. They could clearly see the item was brand new and did not question its condition, yet they still declined the retur, even for store credit,because it was outside the 60-day window. However, their policy does not state that items are unreturnable after 60 days. It honestly feels like they are in business to take your money without standing behind their policies. They close fitting rooms early, so customers can’t even try items on, and then don’t allow reasonable returns. Their return policy is printed on the back of the receipt in such light, barely readable text, and even there it does not say that items cannot be returned after 60 days.
