  Unbelievable attitude and poor customer service. For a brand charging over $100 for leggings that is built on building customer lifetime value and loyalty, they certainly don't train all of their employees to understand those basic concepts. My family has been loyal Lululemon customers for many, many years. I remember shopping at their first Seattle store in Pacific Place in Downtown Seattle. For many years, their customer service has been top notch. Employees willing to go the extra mile, because THEY understood building customer loyalty. At a recent trip, purchased a pair of pants (for my wife) that needed to get hemmed. The order was put in, and weeks go by. Of course, the store employees nor the store managers proactively provide any updates. They're just trained to wait for the hemmed orders to come back which then triggers an auto email to the awaiting customers. In my situation, the order kept getting delayed so I ended up either visiting the store or calling in to get updates. The order was submitted Feb 15, 2026 and for 4 weeks, not one update from the store about delays. All the updates were from my visits and calls to the store. At first, I was informed that they had to switch the vendor. Then another week goes by and they said the order was sent to California. Then another week goes by.. and mind you, no one at the store is proactively informing me despite them knowing full well, the hemming order has surpassed their 14 day turn around time. A month later, I call in and am finally informed that UPS apparently lost the shipment. WHY WASN'T I INFORMED OF THIS? I have had to constantly get updates myself. I ask for a refund, and I'm then informed, I have to come into the retail store to get a refund. Fine. I get a call back from the store manager, informing me, they can take care of the refund on their side preventing a wasted trip for me. 4 days goes by, nothing. I walk into the store today, and the store manager gives me attitude, like I'm inconveniencing HER. No apology. Her only comment.. we did our best. No. I'm afraid not. If this is your best, it is not good enough. Not even close to what the Lululemon brand embodies. After 20 years of supporting Lululemon...I think it's time to find a new brand.

  As of February 2026- I had read the previous reviews and was terrified to go to the store because my online order had a security tag on it. Well, I was able to return my items seamlessly then able to browse and shop in a nice environment. Every staff person was very helpful. Hemming was so easy! Great store location and staff!
