Requiring an interlock can be embarrassing but Matt treats everyone with respect. I had previously used Smart Start and they destroyed the computer system in my vehicle. The lady was kind and scheduled my appointment but I ended up calling Matt directly to find out he wouldn’t be in that day and so he squeezed me in a day before. He was quick and went over everything and made sure I knew what I needed to know and sent me on my way. He was quick to respond with any questions I had during the time I needed it and quick to get me in when I finally could get it removed. Removal was a breeze and he wasn’t rude or arrogant during that process like others have commented. Would highly recommend his location in Tacoma! (but would also recommend not getting a DUI.)
