  Couldn’t return jewelry because it was “a hazard” I had only purchased it 30 minutes before attempting to return it. Brand new still, untouched. I will also express that the clothes in store are only for very petite women/teenagers, women with larger features is almost impossible for anything to fit even if it’s a large. I walk in and I almost feel like I do not belong in that store because of the ridiculous of clothing targeted for extremely small/skinny petite women. The girls there are very nice tho, no complaints there. Windsor needs to step it up.

  I walked in today anxiously trying to find clothes for a date. A sweet worker helped pick out several different outfits to give me variety, listened to what I felt complimented my body and not once made me feel pressured to buy anything. I left the store leaving with a jacket and boots that made me feel beautiful the entire night. I wish I got her name, but if you’re reading this; thank you. You made me feel like I was with a good friend the entire time. Highly recommend!! Will be coming back soon for my next occasion. 🫶🏻

  Went in not ever doing me and Alison came to the rescue and she was so amazing. Helping me and my daughter find amazing offits. Very friendly and sweet and did her thing.
