BEWARE! I ordered a pair of vans on vans.com for 24 hour pick up at the Tacoma Mall location. I called ahead of time to make sure that the one pair that they said they had in stock was in stock in my size and was let know that that shoe was in stock and would be set aside for 24 hour pick up. I got an email saying that the shoe was shipped to the location when I could’ve chose 3 to 6 day shipping to my home but now it’s 3 to 6 days shipping to the location. I call vans and talked to ASHER and let him know of the scenario which seems very clear that if they are shipping the shoes out of the businesses practice of a 24 hour store pick up that they see the shoe coming so I would appreciate grabbing the shoe that is on hold for me and it would be replaced when the shoe that is ordered would arrive to them. They do not want to help the customer and will not help you if you choose a 24 hour in-store pick up at this location even calling Van’s customer support and talking to them knowing that I chose a 24 hour store pick up and it shows that on my order, that it would be 3 to 6 days shipping to the location and to refund it would be 4 to 6 days to get my refund if I wanted to go and pick up the shoes in store right now that are there waiting for me. Be aware this location and Van’s Customer service is not there to help the customer even with all the information, me having a receipt and them saying we know you chose a 24 hour store pick up, but it is being shipped FedEx and now instead of Monday, I would have to wait till Friday and if I do a refund, I won’t get my money back until sometime next week. This was a complete waste of my time and resources. I think other people should know this.

Came in 20 minutes before closing after a long day at work because I needed some new shoes I am a paying customer and the whole time I was in the store I was constantly being rushed even though I picked out 2 shoes to choose from Veronica and Quinn were very rude and kept saying “mall closes in 5 minutes” in a very rude and condescending manner given I am a PAYING CUSTOMER I’m sorry you hate your life so much you have to work at the vans store but don’t take it out on the customer they definitely don’t need to be in the customer service industry

Great staff here. Always so helpful and the merch options are better than the other stores I’ve been to.
