But I asked about some travel sized perfume, as I didn't want to buy a whole sized bottle. She showed me some other options that I ended up purchasing instead. But as I was leaving, she gave me a few extra samples because of that. It wasn't that big of deal to me, but that made my whole day that she did that! That was so sweet!! Nordy fan forever!!

The associate, Satomi, in the handbags and glasses department was rude, dismissive, and acted as if helping customers was a burden. She completely ignored me when I asked for assistance, gave attitude when I asked questions, and made me feel uncomfortable for even being there. For a store that prides itself on luxury service and professionalism, this was completely unacceptable. Satomi’s behavior does not reflect the Nordstrom standard and left a terrible impression. I sincerely hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.

It wasn’t very busy so she was very generous with her time to help me get the perfect color match for my foundation. She gave me a lot of tips for application. She’s also very kind and funny and has a great laugh. What a beautiful person inside and out. This experience brightened my day.
