  Sean was very helpful during my credit card sign up despite the lengthy process. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable for my blazer alterations. Highly recommend getting a suit from Nordstrom.

  Came into Nordstrom Tacoma today to pick out a fragrance Mia from the fragrance department helped me pick out a fragrance she was very delightful, courteous, patient and able to deal with an irrate customer as myself. I would most definitely recommend Mia if you're looking some fragrance thank you

  I went into the shoe department to exchange a pair shoes that didn’t fit. Then, I asked the sales person for the correct size after trying on the shoe in the women’s section. He slyly bagged the shoes during the exchange and I didn’t think much of it. I didn’t wear the shoes until this week, putting them on in a rush before heading out the door. Already at work, I realized the shoes were so big on me, being MENS shoes. I was embarrassed, looking like a clown until I could get back home. I’ll take responsibility for not checking before wearing them. However, their (easily avoidable) mistake cost me money on a pair of shoes I can’t even wear/exchange.

  My mom would love to give a huge shout out to incredible Elaine managing the Alterations department. Elaine helped my mom with altering a few pairs of pants in late Nov 2025, a few months ago. My mom was absolutely thrilled by the quality and handiwork of the alterations and the brilliant and expert result. Much much gratitude from a very satisfied and thankful customer! Thank you Elaine! You are amazing!!

  I hate to be one of those people that say “ I’m never shopping here again” like my money really affects the corporation but here it goes… I came in to make a return, didn’t think anything of it; the lady helping me was wonderful, then she called for a lead to come approve the transaction, I’m guessing since I would be refunded over $1,000 and almost $100 in notes. The manager comes and quickly looks at the item and says I can’t return it. When questioning her on why not, she said it has minor damage and can’t be returned, then says since it’s a designer piece she can’t accept it because they don’t accept designer… in my head I’m thinking “isn’t this Nordstrom” ?? She walks away and the employee that was helping me, confused herself as to why they didn’t process the return and hinted at other reasons the manager denied the request. I had the same manager get a new manager to explain the issue to, in which case she calls the original Nordstrom I purchased the item from (which I asked them to do from the beginning), asking me all these questions about when and who sold me the item, which I provided, to end up fulfilling my initial request in returning the item.. attitudes changed it was like I was an actual person at this point and it left me feeling terrible. Sadly won’t be coming to spend money at this location anymore. I
