Well, I was able to return my items seamlessly then able to browse and shop in a nice environment. Every staff person was very helpful. Hemming was so easy! Great store location and staff!

- TATom AdkinsNov 4, 20251.0I was at this location on November 4, 2025 right when they opened at 10 AM. I walked in and noticed that there were five women working. No one greeted me, but they did look at me and walked past me. I started to browse the store and noticed that the employees kept walking past me, not saying a word or making any eye contact. I actually walked in to buy a pair of pants. I stood in front of the pant section for about 15 minutes looking for my size which I couldn’t find and waiting for someone to come help me. I finally had to grab one of the employees and ask for assistance. She could not find my size. I did find a shirt and walked up to the counter to purchase. After the purchase, the employee did not offer me a bag, but handed the shirt to me with the receipt. I then asked for a bag and she looked annoyed that I asked for one. This is my first time visiting a Lululemon store I am not impressed… at least with this location.
