Wow it's like a ghost town here, it's really gone downhill here. You use to be able to shop affordably here but now you want hundreds of dollars for cheap shit! I find something with a 70% off sticker but apparently your cashier doesn't know how to enter the discounted price into the register. I rather shop at kohl's then come here again.

I hope this business stays around for a much longer time. They always have great sales and if your looking for the guy section in the Tacoma mall, you have to take the elevator up to the second floor

I found a pair of shoes on clearance in the clearance section with the sticker that says 23.99. The cashier scanned the item and told me that the item was in fact NOT on sale when there was a sticker on the box. I then tried to apply for the first purchase thing and get $35 off just to not even be able to claim it. I then was told that my total would be $66 after the cashier said the shoe was originally $54.

We have been shopping at this JCP for over 10 years and the quality of the store has sadly gone down. The carpeting is ripped and dirty, the women's bathroom on the main floor is absolutely disgusting, the changing rooms are nasty, and overall the store is shabby and dirty. At this point I do not have much desire to continue visiting.
