Although I did not catch the name of the first associate, Ms. Katrina was absolutely fantastic. She delivered outstanding service, expertly guiding my daughter to the perfect pair of jeans. Despite the store being super busy, her patiences and exceptional service made our shopping experience wonderful.

The gal who helped me was knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the right size and fit and even had what I wanted shipped to my home since they didn't have it in stock and I was there for a pickup that didn't work out and got exchanged. This was my first time there. Prices are a bit high, but good quality products, so I'll be willing to buy again when another sale comes around. This store is located in the middle of the mall a fee stoes down from Macy's towards Penneys, so parking somewhere in the middle would make an in and out experience easier.
