  The worst customer service. The two associates were extremely rude. They were both on their phones and when we walked in they did not acknowledge, and started laughing at us. The associate just stared shoving glasses in my face. It was the most uncomfortable experience.

  I purchased a new pair of ray ban sunglasses from them yesterday at this location and did not happen to notice a small crack in the lens. I’ve owned them for less than 24 hours and after contacting an employee at their store I was told to bring in a receipt and the glasses to help me out. After a visit to 2 different locations where I was told I could have them exchanged I was then told upon arrival the best they could do for me was replace them for a 50% discount after confirming on the phone with them that they would replace them. They said someone would have noticed the crack before selling them to me. I understand the principle of not replacing used merchandise but i could hardly notice the crack myself so a reasonable person would believe an employee could miss it too. There wasn’t a manager available to speak with, i Wasted of a half a day, and still have broken sunglasses. Just buy straight from the manufacturer. I posted the picture of the crack for reference, hardly noticeable unless looking closely from the back of the lens. I would greatly appreciate it if a manager would reach out for more clarification as this is pretty upsetting.

  Sunglass Hut has always been top notch for me and this location was the best one I've been to so far. They always have the best and latest inventory of most of the highest quality brands. Taylor was quite helpful and very knowledgeable about what sunglasses were best for my needs. I highly recommend this location and if you can go when Taylor is working you absolutely won't regret it. Thanks Taylor.
