  Very nice store, first time I've been. There is an excellent selection of clothing for men and women, from what I could tell, a lot of other great outdoor sporting goods. Prices were reasonable and there are lots of quality items with brands you know. While I wasn't able to find what I was looking for that day, I'll definitely be back.

  This location has been going downhill for years. I stopped in to buy a knife sharpener and spent about five minutes walking around trying to find someone to help—no luck. I then went to the cashier, waited over ten minutes while he rang people up, and finally interrupted to ask if there was anyone else on the floor who could help me. He said he didn’t think so, i can help you once i finish up, i already waited 10 mins just to tey and ask him , i wasnt gonna wait another 10 mins for him to finish up After wasting that much time, I took my business elsewhere. For the size of this company and the size of the building, having such a large space with only one employee on the floor is ridiculous. It’s no wonder they now need a security guard standing at the doors. They’ve created an environment where there’s plenty of space and not enough employees, making it far too easy for homeless individuals to steal, with no staff around to help customers or prevent theft. Ever since the store manager, Brian, moved to the Valley location, the North Side store has seriously declined. The parking lot is constantly dirty, homeless people are always hanging around, and the last time I was there I literally saw someone taking a dumb between two customers cars.🤦 and of course that time they didnt have any hunting blinds besides 1 one person blind soni had to go to the balley one to get a blind. Everything about this Northside location had declined. As a business owner my self, it’s honestly sad to see what used to be a great store go downhill this badly. I won’t be going back to this location anymore. They rarely have what myself or by hunting buddy needs anymore. Its a hunting store but there selection these days are trash.

  Limited staff available to assist with purchases. Bought a gun safe and was told they only had the floor model available and if they ordered it online we would still end up getting a floor model sent to us. Staff was willing to assist with loading but didn't offer the instruction manual with purchase.
