If I could leave a zero star review I would. Sportsman’s Warehouse’s inventory management, online shopping, and customer service center are straight garbage. There was an item that we needed on a certain timeline, so I filtered by in stock items only so we could ensure it would be there and ready when we needed to pick it up.
Long story short the item was not in stock and they could not give me an ETA, 7-10 business days for order cancellation and a refund of the purchase. Took an hour of my time on the phone with the “customer service representative” who had no ability to problem solve or remedy their mishap. I had to push for a 20% discount code and that was all the assistance they could provide.
You’d think for a company as big as this that their customer care would be far better or they’d at least have the ability to come up with an effective and efficient solution for their problems.
I’d recommend taking your chances with Cabela’s.

This store is just going down slowly. Less and less inventory of things they used to carry. But what really prompted my review was I was waiting in line at one of registers to check out but the employee was only working with that customer and he was done after that so when he walked away I said am I in the wrong line he goes yeah we're not opening this line yet he saw me there for the 2 minutes prior and never said anything and then never even offered to fit me in the actual line where I would have been next up.

Fairly decent gun selection at this store. Not as much ammo as I would like but they have at least a few boxes of everything I use. Just nothing in bulk and I prefer to buy mine that way, but that's not anything against the store itself. It's a nice store and very helpful staff.
