Incredibly disappointed with a recent alternations appointment, I left the fitting feeling just terrible and upset, then when returning to pick up I had a really trying experience that yet again left me feeling just terrible. I was told I was in fact 100% incorrect (I did check after leaving and I was not wrong for the record hahaha) and it is only comical in how truly rude it was. I’ve read other reviews here and see alternations popping up a few times, seems like someone needs to step in and sort things out (outside of their current leadership).
