I have one day a week I don't wear makeup to let my skin breath and heal and I just happened to need a Kim Chi concealer. I go in and the associate says hi and I say hello back. I did not ask for help and did not want help. While I was looking at different options, your associate took it upon herself to tell me I was picking wrong and tried to lead me over to more expensive items. She kept explaining to me how to put makeup on and I kept(trying to keep my kindness) telling her I know how to put on makeup. I really wanted to turn around in the middle of her unwelcome advice and leave...honestly I should have! I don't like being talked down to and thats all she was doing. And she really shouldn't be giving me advice...I know...that was mean and I won't ever say it again but teach your associates how to approach customers and let the customers lead the way, NOT the other way around.
