  Got my tailoring done here & they told me it would be done by a certain date and they’d text me when it was done. i called ahead and asked if my item was ready on that date because i hadn’t heard anything and the man that i spoke with said that if i looked at the bottom of my receipt it would say that my order is done by 5pm on the date (it didn’t say that on the receipt). so i came in at 6 and tried to pick up my order. wasn’t even done and they said that the date is “an estimate”. i was told if i placed my order it would be done by this certain date. wasted gas and time and was fed the wrong message multiple times. disappointing.

  I accidentally left a pair of shoes in the store on my most recently trip in. David called me about 25 minutes later to notify me that I had left the shoes in the store. He was so kind and polite. This is the type of customer service Nordstrom’s is known for, thank you David!!!
