- COCourtney OwenDec 18, 20241.0smart start is an absolutely fraudulent company. tried to call FIVE times today to get an answer about charges on my account. was treated absolutely disrespectfully by a “Luis” (refused to give last name when asked and actually replied “thats irrelevant”) at the corporate phone number. then sent to voicemail when asking for a supervisor. called back and was put on hold then hun up on when answering and asking same question. then called another THREE TIMES and was continuously answered and then put on hold the second they recognized my voice. this company is absolute garbage and collects your money under a “disclaimer” on their website saying they rarely offer refunds to avoid accountability for not upholding their own contracts

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
