Tracking shows the package was handed over to the final-mile carrier, but the carrier has confirmed they never received it. Despite this, I have received no clear resolution or ownership from DXL, leaving me to chase carriers myself. When a company chooses the shipping partner, the responsibility should not fall on the customer when something goes wrong. Transparency and accountability matter — and they were lacking here. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend DXL.
