- 3O360 OutdoorsNov 2, 20251.0Was in store 11/2/25 just before closing, found what I was looking for, stepped out to bring in my wife as she had just parked the car. Staff decided they were closing a few minutes early and turned us away. There was no wait needed, I was there to make a purchase, not shop around. I strongly suggest fixing your business hours to reflect the closing time as current staff's discretion. This place has long been my favorite as I often travel from over an hour and half away to shop here. Unfortunately this action has made me an advocate against supporting this business.

After I had already purchased shoes with the black friday promo code to get a free bag, they told me they were sold out of the bags. If they sold out that fast They should have mentioned so on their website instead of making people believe they could still get the bags. They took days to respond. And in no way were helpful. And after all I had to go through they sent me the wrong shoe size.
