I had a hard time finding any one for help finding someone to help me find some black casual pair of pants. I finally asked someone to call someone in the ladies department for help . The gentleman came over and just stood and pointed to the areas and walked away with no help at all and was rude. I then started to look and found 4 pairs to try on and I was looking for a yellow sweater . I had gone to the lady standing over at the cosmetic area to call the manager. I stood there for 5 minutes and still no manager. I saw a lady by the name of Desiree. She was so kind and helped me find what I needed. I will definitely be back and ask for her again if I need help. I know that the Nordstrom’s family would not be happy to hear how I was treated when I first came into there store. I’m happy I stayed and got Desiree.
