  have been wearing the wrong size bra for years… no longer! Rosa is the expert fitter and will take the time it takes to find The Perfect Fit. So happy with my purchase :)

  The cosmetic department has changed their concept and turned into a giant Sephora with someone shouting on a microphone while also trying to sell Chanel and Gucci on the other side of the first floor. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea but it definitely downgrades the store experience and made me want to leave from the noise. Keep your flagship store classy and maintain the level of customer service that Nordstrom is known for.

  Staff in here is absolutely amazing. Heather was an amazing fellow creative who helped me pick out the perfect pair of running shoes. You can tell that this team works so perfectly together. Everyone is awesome! I wish I remembered more names. Thanks again!

  On the lower level. It’s really well picked through clothes that have been around probably for a season or two. I didn’t find the price is good for what they were. I didn’t see a lot of people buying things. You really have to dig to get something.

  Update: Thank you, Peter, Laura and Jenny for everything that you've done for me. You have heard my voice and created a safe place for me to receive to claim the best possible treatment from your department store. I feel that because of your actions in this matter you gave back to me, and allowed me to receive the respect that I deserve. If it wasn't for the three of you, I would have been trying to figure out exactly the best way to correct a horrible situation. I never would've thought that an employee who has been with a Company for over 30 years would lie to a customer, let alone especially everything I've had to go through to get to this point in my life. Facing cancer is one of the most hardest things. Update End ****************************** I usually don’t get this personal, leaving a review, but I believe it’s necessary to warn anyone that has undergone a bilateral mastectomy to stay away from this store. Especially my fellow veterans who we know have been fighting for years to be treated as equals. After two prescriptions were sent over from my doctor’s and calling several times to make an appointment plus leaving messages, including an email trying to figure out how I can make an appointment. The only person who is certified to do measuring for bra’s and assistance with purchasing Spanx for post-surgery care after breast cancer, reconstructive surgeries is a lady named Mary. I will admit I did speak with her and I explained that the first email I sent was a mistake. I had used the wrong words. I accidentally said compression bra and bottoms, but I actually needed was a supportive bra that was comfortable and soft because now I have my implants, snd my next surgery is for fat grafting. I also need assistance with picking out the proper type of SPANX or a Shapeware that Nordstrom‘s sales for continue support post surgery. Mary’s response to me, which caused great distress during our conversation was that she did not understand why my doctor sent a prescription to their store when they don’t deal with insurance. I obviously am aware of the entire process because my doctors office has been encouraging me to go to the store to get assistance for the last year and a half mind you I have undergone five surgeries in the last two years and I still have two more surgeries to complete. Mary then responded by explaining Nordstrom does not don’t provide the type of bra measuring my doctors office requested. And she cannot assist with helping me find any type of supportive garment that is comfortable for after surgery. I cannot explain how disheartened I am at this entire situation after spending so much time working on over coming not feeling like a whole person. Please explain to me how my very well known surgeon who has for over 20 years, sending all of their patients to this Nordstrom‘s to get assistance from Mary, who has worked in the lingerie department of Nordstrom‘s for the last 30 years tells me that she doesn’t understand why my doctor sent my prescription to their store. And she can’t provide anything to help me with and that I need to find a medical facility that carries the garments I am looking for.
