Pushy salespeople coerce you into buying lackluster, cheaply produced clothing for a very much NOT "factory" price, then refuse to let you return said clothing because "removed tags indicate it being worn".
Receipt says nothing about tags being attached or not in the return policy section.

Very kind staff, easy parking, clean store and pretty good sales. For West South Seattle it is hard to complain about a store like this. The clothes replace a hole where Chico’s was but it’d be nice to have something even more youthful and hip. Maybe that’s what Target is for but gross, it’s Target.

I'm grateful to have this store nearby because I hate online returns! So much so that I just won't order from an online shop at all, unless it has a brick and mortar I can return items to. As a plus size woman I've been pleasantly surprised by the range of sizes available online. They have some really cute and classic looks, so I feel like I'll be able to wear many of these items for years to come. The staff have been really kind and helpful when I have come in to try on items. Isaac helped me with a return for an online order today and was a total sweetheart. I highly recommend this store!

My wife and I recently shopped here, and at first everything was great. Ty (the gentleman in the wheelchair) was incredibly helpful, respectful, and genuinely attentive. The young lady with red hair—whose name I wish I remembered—was also fantastic. She was professional, kind, and her suggestions were so on point that we ended up spending more than we planned.
Then we encountered the manager, Ericka—and that’s when the experience took a nosedive. In my personal experience, it took less than a minute for her attitude to show. She came across as full of herself, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping anyone. The energy she gave off was just bad, and it instantly ruined the positive vibe my wife and I had going.
Overall, I’m mixed about the store. We’ll shop here again and recommend it—but only as long as we don’t have to deal with a manager who behaves the way she did. That kind of attitude has no place in customer service.
Leaving 4 stars for the associates we had a pleasant experience with, The wicked witch of the west is the reason it’s not 5 stars.
