Easy parking. Wide assortment of shops, and plenty of food to choose from while there. Whether you’re there to get in your steps, a quick less expensive gift or a new wardrobe.. this is the place to be!

This spot is such a gem in downtown Seattle! There’s a gorgeous tree right in the middle that makes the area feel cozy and inviting. Everything is super walkable — shopping, dining, outdoor seating, and even a bunch of food trucks that rotate daily. They just opened a Saks too, so shopping options are expanding. It’s really accessible — ADA-friendly, dog-friendly, with bathrooms and parking nearby. I love that there’s always live buskers playing around the area, which adds to the vibe. Kids’ playground is right across the street, making it family-friendly, and the waterfront and Pike Place Market are just a short stroll away. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite spots to hang out, grab a coffee, watch interesting people go by, and just soak in the energy of the city. There’s always something happening, and it feels lively without being overwhelming.

This place is one of the most central locations of Seattle at the junction of 5th Avenue & Pine Str. You can shop, have food in a nice cosy closed place and can catch a transport connection on LinkedIn Light Rail or Monorail or Bus or even Streetcar which is adjacent to it.
