Easy parking. Wide assortment of shops, and plenty of food to choose from while there. Whether you’re there to get in your steps, a quick less expensive gift or a new wardrobe.. this is the place to be!

This spot is such a gem in downtown Seattle! There’s a gorgeous tree right in the middle that makes the area feel cozy and inviting. Everything is super walkable — shopping, dining, outdoor seating, and even a bunch of food trucks that rotate daily. They just opened a Saks too, so shopping options are expanding. It’s really accessible — ADA-friendly, dog-friendly, with bathrooms and parking nearby. I love that there’s always live buskers playing around the area, which adds to the vibe. Kids’ playground is right across the street, making it family-friendly, and the waterfront and Pike Place Market are just a short stroll away. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite spots to hang out, grab a coffee, watch interesting people go by, and just soak in the energy of the city. There’s always something happening, and it feels lively without being overwhelming.
