- EWEnny WilliamsDec 31, 20251.0this place is a joke. there is extremely little in the way of retail here since they tore it all down to put in a practice rink for the Kraken. what is mostly here are services. att comcast tmobile verizon beauty salon services bank branches a hotel and two restaurants this place use to a hub of retail and now you have to pay to park for more than 2hrs for a place that has virtually no place to shop. whoever the owners now are ruined a great retail and dinning location that was also a great way to in a few walking laps indoors while shopping. its no wonder why everyone has to shop online owners and developers in Seattle have been killing bick and mortar stores to put in bullshit like this. yeah Seattle needs housing but what will be in this spot will be overpriced something most people cant afford so they will be mostly empty.

Open attractions include the skating center, Barnes & Noble, a few cell phone stores, and a Nordstrom rack. There is a relatively nice Target and best buy across the street. Would consider to come back once construction is finished.

Dont come expecring a pedestrian friendly shopping experience. They had big plans for redoing the mall but its been years and I havent seen progress recently
