can't say it's the cheapest out of the outlets but it had various brands, even fancy ones like skims and it was very organized. i could shop for exactly what i wanted.

I am disgusted by the way cashier David F. treated my mother today. My mother, who has limited English proficiency, was doing a return. Because of the language barrier, she accidentally told him she didn't need the original receipt, and David immediately threw it away. When she realized the mistake and asked for it back, he refused.
My mom called me for help. I asked politely and explained we need the original receipt. David refused and said "the receipt was lost in the trash and that he didn't want to touch it for hygiene reasons." However, after I told him I was coming into the store, he immediately handed the receipt to my mom. My mom told me the receipt was sitting right at the very top of the bin and not sure why he couldn't just give it back. He wasn't unable to help; he was just unwilling to be patient with someone who doesn't speak English well. It felt like bullying, and it was completely unprofessional
