Ty (the gentleman in the wheelchair) was incredibly helpful, respectful, and genuinely attentive. The young lady with red hair—whose name I wish I remembered—was also fantastic. She was professional, kind, and her suggestions were so on point that we ended up spending more than we planned. Then we encountered the manager, Ericka—and that’s when the experience took a nosedive. In my personal experience, it took less than a minute for her attitude to show. She came across as full of herself, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping anyone. The energy she gave off was just bad, and it instantly ruined the positive vibe my wife and I had going. Overall, I’m mixed about the store. We’ll shop here again and recommend it—but only as long as we don’t have to deal with a manager who behaves the way she did. That kind of attitude has no place in customer service. Leaving 4 stars for the associates we had a pleasant experience with, The wicked witch of the west is the reason it’s not 5 stars.
