Don’t return Amazon packages here. I returned items with the return box and the items went missing and I handed the items to employees because it didn't fit in the box.

The puzzle selection - which wasn't great to begin with - has been completely eradicated. Not a great fabric selection either. Not that these are reasons to give them a bad rating. The reason I'm giving two stars is this place is crazy overpriced. They wanted 50 bucks for an item I found on Etsy for 20 (and in far better condition). This isn't a one-off either - almost everything here is overpriced.

I had an extremely uncomfortable and degrading experience at this Goodwill while trying to make a donation. I walked half a mile carrying heavy items I was excited to donate, only to be met with condescending behavior from the staff. I politely asked if I could count and document my items for a tax receipt, which is a standard and legal practice.
One of the employees responded in a patronizing way, saying “*scoff* you don’t know what you’re donating?”
When I explained that I just wanted to ensure accuracy and don't have it memorized, he began lecturing me about how I can just put whatever on it and his tone and behavior was extremely rude. I felt mansplained to say the least. Also what a dynamic, 3 white men treating a women of color this way.
All three employees present scoffed at me while I was trying to handle my donation. It only took about few seconds to a minute to see what I had and count the jackets. I felt so scared from their behavior that I had even forgotten the receipt at first. The entire interaction felt humiliating and unprofessional.
As a woman of color, this experience was particularly uncomfortable and has made me hesitant to donate here again. Goodwill should ensure that all staff treat donors with basic respect, regardless of their background.
