I have been to this Bonobos store a few times, and every visit has been great — I always find what I’m looking for. This time, however, it was the best clothing store experience I’ve ever had. When my husband and I walked into the store, we were greeted by Matthew, who immediately offered assistance. I was looking for the right kind of pants for my upcoming trip and wasn’t sure which style would be the best fit for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me explore several options, allowing me to try them on and see how they fit. I truly appreciate his assistance, patience, and expertise. I found exactly the right pants and couldn’t be happier. I’m looking forward to wearing them on my trip and continuing to wear them afterward. Thank you, Matthew, for the excellent service! I look forward to coming back again and again whenever I need new clothes from Bonobos.

Had a very good experience at the u-village Bonobos. I worked with stylist, Nick McGrath, who was incredibly helpful in helping me find the clothes I was looking for. He was very patient with me and provided great tips on the right styles and fits. The store was also running a promotion and Nick made sure I got the best deals. Clothing was all high quality. really appreciate the service and experience here, will be coming back!

I had an amazing experience shopping at Bonobos. These days, I often have to fight to get help from a staff but not at this store. Within a few minutes of walking in, I was offered help. Emily Skinner was the one assisting me and she was simply incredible. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and gifted with an eye for fashion! She did all of my measurements. I walked in thinking I needed a certain size and walked out learning that because of my unique body measurements…. there were other size options I had never considered that would actually look great on me. She also walked me through what types of suits and pants would look good on me…. and helped me make better decisions that I wouldn’t have made online if I hadn’t visited the store in person. Even after I had left the store, Emily continued to communicate by email and assist me with questions that I had. She also made sure I knew about the promo codes currently available. She really went above and beyond. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
