After standing in a long line there is only one person there who can process returns so I had to wait again. When she was finally available she didn't say a single word to me. I had not shopped here for a couple of years and now I remember why. Why isn't there a return line? The dressing rooms are notoriously difficult to use so I was counting on being able to return items that didn't fit. Is it just Mondays that are so awful in there?
