However, we had an unpleasant experience during our recent visit. One of my friends found a gown she really likes but the zipper was broken. When she asked an employee named Loidalyn if discount could be given due to damage she was rude and dismissive. She said, “ No extra discount because you are already senior”. ( It was senior day). Emphasizing the senior in an unkind way. It also appeared that she might be a supervisor as she was directing other employees - but her tone was loud and disrespectful. I hope the management can address this matter and provide her with guidance and training on professionalism and customer service. Her behavior was disappointing and not reflective of otherwise environment at the store. By the way the employee named Adam is 100% star. He helped us and always in good behavior, very accommodating and polite. Looking forward for him to become a manager.
