I drove around to the Donations area and they told me to drop them in a bin.... outside in the rain. I asked if there was a covered area where they won't get wet, but they just pointed to the bin as if I was wasting their time. So in they went. I'm not sure I'd buy anything electronic from this store after this.

Told them the size, with detailed dimension and how heavy it will be. They told us that it will be no problem, and they will even helped us unload the tv. But when we got there, they told us they don’t accept the TV even when we already called them the day before. We insisted and they only accept the TV not the tv stand. They don’t even help us unload the tv too when they already promised on the phone. What a lazy bunch of people working here.
