  On Wednesday 2/18/2026 at 2:00pm, I was shopping at Goodwill Redmond and I brought an item to Amazon return station inside this location. I had extremely BAD experience with a Cambodian Cashier lady. I scanned Amazon return code but it didn't work. After hitting Help button and waited 3-5 minutes but no one came. Then I asked a Cashier man and he told me to wait Cambodian lady. She was NOT helping at all but keep jelling at me. Her attitude was very rude, not acceptable especially as a Cashier who serves customer. From the first second she met me, she was raising her voice, no smile and cold face. I remained calm but she made me feel unrespectful in front of other customers surrounding. While I was searching her name by asking another employee and I wanted to talked to her supervisor, that lady asked me to forgive Cashier lady and told the Cashier lady is the only person of Cashier line who can deal with Amazon return machine and she is always overwhelmed because of no Cashier else can deal with imachine, her co-workers always asked her to work on Amazon machine. I understand the machine isn't working properly is not Goodwill's responsibility but This is NOT my problem and can not blame on it to explain her behavior to me. Your organization need to find a solution for Amazon machine and probably to have better training customers service to that cashier lady. I never come back to shop here.

  I go to this location frequently, and as such, I’ve had the displeasure of having Renora as my cashier multiple times. Every time she rings up my items she seems to have such an attitude for no apparent reason. I understand goodwill’s mission of hiring those who otherwise may not be hired, but customers should still be able to expect decent service.

  Very friendly workers ... A little unorganized I really wanted a pair of shoes that didn't have a tag on them and they couldn't find out the price for me so I couldn't get them:( but they did however save my phone for me that I accidentally left in my cart thank god
