Purchased a firearm and was told what date to come in because of the mandatory 10 day wait period. I initially asked if they will call me or if I would need to check and they told me to come and it will be ready. Waited the 10 business days , aka 2 full weeks and it was still processing. He told me they have about 30 other customers that are going through the same thing. I live an hour north so I have now wasted 2 hours of my weekend because they dont have a process in place to notify customers of late orders when they know there is an on going problem.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at the gun counter on 3/19/26. I was picking up a gun I purchased through their website, after waiting the 3-week cooldown period. I showed them my ID and my HB1143, everything seemed to be going fine. Then the gun clerk asked for a copy of my order number/receipt. He said they should've had their own copy of the receipt on file with the gun, but admitted they must've lost it. The incident got escalated to the department manager, where she asked if I had my own copy of the receipt to show them. Since this was an online purchase and it being over a month ago, I said no. The manager stated they cannot give me the gun if I cannot show proof of purchase, even though it was their mistake in the first place for losing their copy of the receipt. This ordeal added another 30 minutes to an already tense interaction. We ended up finding a digital receipt after digging up the email I used to make the purchase. After that ordeal got solved, there was one last incident that infuriated me. As the gun clerk was printing my receipt and about to hand over possession, he leaned the gun against the display case. His body must've brushed against the gun, and the gun fell and hit the ground with an audible metallic bang. I saw it all happen, and my heart sank. He picked up the gun and apologized. I didn't want to make a scene, but everything in me was red hot. "Mad" would be an understatement. I took the gun and left without saying a word. My experience is not a reflection of the entire store; the employees are very nice. Just one bad experience to an already bad day.

Polite and helpful staff. Decent selection, it does seem like the store wastes a ton of useable space.

Staff is always great here. I've made many big purchases from this store with no regrets and the ammo prices have always been pretty fair. Sadly it seems like WA state laws really kind of neutered this place (and probably many similar stores) over the last few years.

They didn't well getting what I ordered online and shipped to store. I was a little surprised how little inventory they had. I'm guessing business was slow. People I dealed with were great.
