Hours later I recieved an email saying they couldn't find it in store but instead it will be ready to pickup in 14 DAYS. I called their number & spoke to someone and said I would need to cancel the order if it was really going to take 14 days to arrive. They assured me that was wrong & it should take only a couple days to get to the store. Two days came and went so I cancelled the order and went to Bass Pros (where the item was $100 cheaper anyway!) I was told over the phone that I should've called ahead to see if they really had the item in store before placing the order, I tried that... the lady said she couldnt help me as she was the only one on the floor.

Saw two guys apart from me coming and either returning or canceling firearm orders because the workers are too incompetent to do basic paperwork. I've bought firearms, fishing rods, waders, boots, ammo, tackle...ect from this store. Best to take your business else where, I know I will be from now on.
