  It is very uncharacteristic of me to write a bad review. But it has been a month or so since my experience at this specific location and I am hesitant to return because of the customer service I received. I have always loved AE products but as a SAHM it is rare that I am able to go to an actual store to shop. I came into this location with my two little boys ages 1 & 4 to return a couple pairs of jeans I had ordered postpartum that don’t fit right. I tried to meander around boxes/staff with my stroller clearly struggling to get in the line or “fit” without acknowledgment from those around me- despite an almost empty store. I stood in line for a long time (behind no customers) while I watched multiple employees chatting with each other and friends at the registers. They seemed unhurried, unbothered and did not acknowledge me. I finally asked if I could have some help, and I felt it was greeted with reluctance. I was then told I wasn’t able to return the jeans I brought but could exchange them for the same item (though the item isn’t carried in the store). I was told I could go try on jeans to find my size, while clearly holding two upset children at this point. I said I wouldn’t be exchanging or ordering a new pair today. I felt I was met without grace, understanding or really any respectful level of customer service. I hope other moms are not treated this way especially when we feel vulnerable to go shopping postpartum or with little humans. All women deserve to feel beautiful, taken care of and not ignored.

  I made a purchase on October 24, 2025. I bought pants pajama pants and a sweater. The sweater shrink two sizes the first time we washed, it which was a $60 sweater, and now my son can’t wear it. The store also won’t exchange it because it’s been washed and the tags are not attached. After a month, the snoopy pair of pajama pants that we bought are torn all along the waist band. I have a member number that I have referenced, I’ve lost the order number, and I have provided the email address that AE has sent me asking for a review on these products and nobody can seem to find my account until I make a purchase. Then they can find my account. I will never shop here again. The store and their customer service is absolute crap. You can see on the photos. I have attached that the quality is terrible on the pajama pants. On the sweater you can see just how munch it shrunk up towards the chest from the bottom of the sweater. The arms are still super long, but the stomach area shrunk significantly. Don’t shop here and waiste your hard earned money.

  I came in looking for jeans not knowing what size to try. Felt very welcomed and got a ton of help finding what I needed. They didn't have the exact thing I needed in store sadly, but they were absolutely lovely.

  Absolutely the best customer service at this location. All the employees are so helpful.
