They sent a false report to the DOL so now my son can't get his blow and go out and they are trying to make him add on a 180 more days! When he NEVER got a violation I WAS WITH HIM THAT ENTIRE DAY! THIS WHOLE PLACE AND PROCESS IS A JOKE. my son learned his lesson and has paid his money never missed a payment NEVER HAD AN ACTUAL VIOLATION cause he quit drinking! And you people will not help him your just kicking him further down. Shame on you and this whole company and process. SMH he has done EVERYTHING that was asked if him and never stepped out of line once. YOUR MACHINES HOWEVER DID SCREW UP a couple times. Smh I just hope you people make this right. How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
