  Had exactly what I was looking for. Always buy linens here good quality. Stafford brand is a must for husband. End of season clearance sales are awesome!! This jcpenny store was clean and employee's helpful and friendly. Like the rewards program they offer.

  my wife paid 275 & thats after 2 weeks she still has her scalp flaking off after her forehead was peeling off do not use JC Penny's hair stylist unless you want to have dandruff & your forehead peeling off i should have shown all the nail & scratch marks as well as the nail gouges. Obviously not that concerned since no attempt to contact was even made....

  The jewelry department needs to be closed. The woman that works behind the counter is an absolute horrible person. She must get paid extra to not accept warranties. Every time my wife goes in it’s a fight with this lady. She says it’s not the proper jewelry tries to say it was damaged on purpose. Does everything in our power to not give good customer service. With an employee like this, it would be better off to close the jewelry department! not exactly sure what the point of offering a care plan is when your employee is gonna fight every customer that tries to use it.

  I love jcpenny prices and selection, the dressing rooms need better signage and also whether men are allowed in the one on the women side...we could not find any men's dressing rooms. None had signs to say men or wormen.

  do they have no heating?? it was like 50 degrees in here today its horrendous. couldnt bother trying anything on as it was too cold to evwn consider taking clothes off.
