  Not only do they have a lot of books they have tons of movies and music. I normally like to go to see what I can find, its hard to find exactly what you're looking for. Sometimes you just have to get really lucky to get what you want, but Its really rewarding when you do find what you're looking for!

  Best, friendliest, helpful staff I’ve seen in a long time for a book store! It’s clean, organized, and have extremely good variety & prices! I love coming here..

  Stayed for about 5 minutes because I was disgusted with the thought of an employee following an old man out of the store to yell at him. Seemingly political beliefs or military service, I'm not 100% sure. I took a picture but don't want to share here. Do you want to sell books or yell at the eldery?

  Ancient philosophy tells us that”Boasting about one’s blessings diminishes the value of the act in itself “ so to not tarnish any possible future blessings and put any unnecessary pressure on this particular person, as well as set any type of expectations for whomever may read this…but still acknowledge this employee for their humble, kind and stellar service All of the employees here are nice and helpful but JANE, who was working the front of the store and cash register today, was especially kind and helpful and the interaction I was lucky enough to be the recipient of is truly humbling and I will remember this positive exchange, hopefully forever lol. I’m sure Jane likely won’t remember me and seems like the type of person that being kind and intuitive is just a natural part of Jane’s personality. Im sure other customers have probably had many many exchanges just like experienced with Jane but They just may not get documented or even know how to express gratitude for the interaction, so I wanted to make sure that Half Priced Books corporate or owner is aware that they have an incredible employee again by the name of Jane that is going above and beyond what many many other customer service personnel I have had similar encounters with and really enjoys and takes interest in the job and the people Jane meets and their interests while working. Thank you again and will be back again
