  -Chris and Alex just left after servicing my Fireplace which included freeing a stuck damper as well as the chimney cleaning that I prepaid for. I also asked them to look at a propane fireplace in another building which had not worked in years. I had used another local company which made two trips to fix it and after working a month the propane fireplace stopped again. I gave up. I asked them to take a look and it turned out that I just was not waiting long enough for the propane starter to light. We now have 2 functional fireplaces at no extra charge! I am extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them without hesitation..

  I have met far and few businesses that are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for people. They understood that I needed supplies to get my wood stove up and running again. They absolutely went above and beyond to help us out so we could have our favorite heat source.

  We had two fireplace inserts cleaned and functionality restored. We were impressed with both our technician's result and the front office's coordination. Wish we had done it sooner...

  Northwest Hearth and Home is a great family business they were happy to work with us even though we are doing our own installation and just purchased our fireplace and accessories through them, they were more than helpful in answering our questions after we received our fireplace and getting us what we needed to finish the job vs some other local places that didn't return our inquiries when we were looking to purchase.

  Highly recommend this business. We upgraded an old gas fireplace. Went in store and were helped immediately & they were able to do a home inspection within a few days. Great customer service & the installation crew were very knowledgeable & efficient. About 8 weeks from when we went in the store to complete installation; this includes home inspection, estimates, some time for our decision, ordering & shipping from manufacturer, scheduling install upon arrival with some federal holidays in between. We will enjoy this new fireplace for a long time. Thank you!!
