  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot say enough wonderful things about Northwest Hearth and Home — and especially Lauren. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued. After having a really discouraging experience with another fireplace company where we were treated rudely and dismissed, we were honestly hesitant to try again. But then we met Lauren. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer every single question we had — and we had a lot! Not once did she rush us or make us feel like we were just another sale. She truly cared about making sure we understood our options and felt confident in our decision. What meant the most was how she made us feel. In a world where customer service can feel rushed and impersonal, Lauren reminded us what it’s like to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect. She turned what started as a frustrating process into such a positive and reassuring experience. If you’re looking for a company that values people just as much as the products they sell, Northwest Hearth and Home is it.   We had a valve go out on a gas fireplace. The representative informed us that since Honeywell no longer manufactures this part, that there was nothing that could be done and the entire fireplace must be replaced. Absolute nonsense. It's simply a matter of finding the right company who actually knows how to replace the defective parts. We ended up with a much improved system by going with a company who actually repairs these for a living. No, I don't recommend NHH Oly if you have a defective gas valve.

  -Chris and Alex just left after servicing my Fireplace which included freeing a stuck damper as well as the chimney cleaning that I prepaid for. I also asked them to look at a propane fireplace in another building which had not worked in years. I had used another local company which made two trips to fix it and after working a month the propane fireplace stopped again. I gave up. I asked them to take a look and it turned out that I just was not waiting long enough for the propane starter to light. We now have 2 functional fireplaces at no extra charge! I am extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them without hesitation..

  I have met far and few businesses that are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for people. They understood that I needed supplies to get my wood stove up and running again. They absolutely went above and beyond to help us out so we could have our favorite heat source.

  We had two fireplace inserts cleaned and functionality restored. We were impressed with both our technician's result and the front office's coordination. Wish we had done it sooner...
