  Not so much as a review on this location, but more as a review of the American Eagle Return policy. The ladies here have always been really helpful. But nowhere else have I been, where if you show up with the tags and the receipts, will they not take the return. Like at least look at the clothes and use your judgement that they’ve never been washed or used. Or do a better job of organizing clothes. I mistakenly bought the short version of my jeans, and in excitement to wear them, took off the tags put them on and bam- they fit like a glove, but too short. However the short/long/regular are all mixed in together. Still they wouldn’t take the return.

  I went in today to try and return these two things I got for Christmas and I got told they couldn’t except it because they didn’t have the tags on them it was given as a gift for Christmas so they took off the tags I had the receipt and tags for the items In my hand and still wouldn’t except them I have never had a issue with that ever
