  Very disappointing experience at Michael Kors in North Bend Premium Outlets. The store was scheduled to close at 7:00 PM but shut its doors around 6:40 PM, citing cleaning. I returned within minutes (well before closing time) to complete a purchase, but the staff refused to respond or explain why they closed early. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and other customers were also left outside. Had they been courteous or apologetic, I would have returned the next day. Instead, I chose to purchase elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service.

  Closed 15 min early!!! We got here just to buy one thing (which we knew we wanted) so we went to coach instead. Terrible customer service

  Came to the store at 6:30, and it's already closed. I knew what I exactly need, and just need to grab it and pay for it, it would take only 5 minutes. So disappointed.

  The true price of their merchandise is way way below what is on the tag price. It says 60% off but it’s more like 70% off.
