This shop ordered the len for me and told me at the time it’s tricky to replace the lens for the frame I have. I asked if I could leave the frame here so they have more time to try and they refused by saying we don’t do it here. Came back to shop once the lens are here and they immediately told me that they said they cannot replace the lens for me as it’s difficult and they have lots of customers?? Another option offered was to leave the frame at the shop and they can try when they can (???). Totally confused. If you cannot fix it, told me to go to other shops instead of telling me that when I come back for the second time. If I could leave the frame here for you to fix once the lens is here, why can’t I leave the frame there in the first place.
