    If you want to replace your lens here, don’t come here. This shop ordered the len for me and told me at the time it’s tricky to replace the lens for the frame I have. I asked if I could leave the frame here so they have more time to try and they refused by saying we don’t do it here. Came back to shop once the lens are here and they immediately told me that they said they cannot replace the lens for me as it’s difficult and they have lots of customers?? Another option offered was to leave the frame at the shop and they can try when they can (???). Totally confused. If you cannot fix it, told me to go to other shops instead of telling me that when I come back for the second time. If I could leave the frame here for you to fix once the lens is here, why can’t I leave the frame there in the first place.

    We were waiting outside for 40 minutes to come inside because of the new rules you have! It was my last time I was in your store. I didn’t purchase anything and it is good. CHECK THE POLICY THEY HAVE!! It is DISRESPECTFUL to keep people outside for 40 minutes because there is capacity maximum 4 people!!! Are you kidding??? Never ever!!! Instead of to hire one more worker they just mock the customers making them feel bad outside. I talked to many people who were waiting outside, all of them were mad!! Never again! Poor worker woman who is working alone there!!!

    If you're looking for customer support as a previous customer, don't waste your time. The young kids that work here are don't know the meaning of customer service and are rude. I'll be purchasing my sunglasses from a competitor from now on, even if I have to pay more for the sunglasses.
