  My car was stolen so I called in and asked the phone operator if they had the capability to locate it with the gps within the device… Said operator started laughing as he or she (Couldn’t tell, think it was a she) said “I don’t think we can do that”. I personally failed to see what was so funny about this. Poor communication and customer relation capabilities.

  If you're looking for the 3 Stooges, you've found them. Complete idiots. Unprofessional... Smoking cursing, yelling at each other and berating each other - all in front of customers. Came for an ignition interlock appointment. They had me wait for 15 minutes beyond the appointment time I had made because the guy that supposedly know how to do a calibration was out getting pizza. Turns out, no one knew how to do it, so they had to call the servicing company and be directed over the phone. I wouldn't have ever come back after that experience, except the following month another servicer I had an appointment with wasn't at the shop at the time of our appointment and I was moved to Mountlake Terrace to have my appointment instead. THIS time, they undercharged me, and I told them something had to be wrong and they insisted it wasn't and sent me on my way. Turns out, they somehow actually OVERCHARGED my account by about 4 times the amount I owed and I've spent multiple hours with Lifesafer trying to straighten it out from the mistakes this auto shop made. I would NEVER trust them with something as serious as vehicle care for myself, my child, or anyone I know for that matter. Steer clear!
